August 26, 2008 Mr. Chris Stelly
As you know, several extras on the film Spring Break ’83 have made claims that the production failed to pay wages for services rendered. We have spoken with the production’s accountants and understand that all extras that worked on the film or claimed they worked on the film have been paid and there are no current extras who claim payment is owed. In an effort to resolve the issue, the production made these payments to extras even if it was disputed work was performed by a particular extra. If you receive additional complaints regarding unpaid extras or any other alleged nonpayment, please let Tom Hubert or I know as we’ll have the issue addressed by the production. Thanks again for all your help in getting these issues resolved and if you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to give us a call.
